Campus Presidents’ Office is responsible for assisting the administrative leadership of the campus and coordinating the administrative management of various departments under the leadership of the Management Committee of Weihai campus and the Dean of Weihai International College.

The responsibilities of the campus presidents’ office mainly include the implementation of the party's and government's principles and policies related to education, as well as the instructions and decisions of higher authorities; organizing the drafting of the campus comprehensive administrative work report, summary, planning and decision documents; organizing and arranging the agenda of the party and government joint meeting and other administrative office meetings, making records and drafting minutes; checking the implementation of the decisions of the meeting; organizing and coordinating the comprehensive work jointly handled by multiple departments; provide all kinds of important information and statistics to campus leaders; receiving the administrative leaders from the superior leading organs or brother units outside the university to visit the Campus; receiving and handling the letters and visits from the masses inside and outside the school; printing administrative documents, sending and receiving letters, mails and telegrams, subscribing and delivering publications; managing the use of campus seal and signature seal of main administrative leaders of campus; examining and approving the engraving of the seal of the administrative department; issuing campus external introduction letter; organizing and arranging the duty on campus in peacetime, holidays and festivals; the comprehensive statistical work of the campus; Responsible for the daily routine work of campus leaders, the management of vehicles and the related service work of going out; arranging other tasks authorized and assigned by campus leaders.

威海校区办公室是在威海校区管委会主任、威海国际学院院长的领导下，负责协助校区行政领导工作，协调威海校区各部门工作的行政管理事宜。

校区办公室主要负责贯彻执行党和政府与教育有关的方针、政策和上级部门的指示、决定；负责组织起草校区综合性行政工作报告、总结、规划和决定等文件；负责组织安排校区党政联席会和校区其他行政办公会议议程，作好纪录，草拟纪要；负责检查会议决定的贯彻执行情况；负责组织协调多个部门共同办理的综合性工作;向校区领导提供各种重要信息及统计资料;负责接待上级领导机关或校外兄弟单位的行政领导来校参观、访问等工作；负责接待、处理校内外群众有关行政工作的来信、来访事宜；负责校行政公文的打印，信件、邮件、电报的收发及刊物订阅、递送；负责管理校区印章和校区主要行政领导签字章的使用；审定行政部门印章的刻制；负责开具校区对外介绍信；负责组织安排校区平时和节、假日的值班；负责校区的综合统计工作；负责校区领导日常事务性工作、用车的管理及外出的有关服务工作；完成校区领导授权及交办的其他任务。

On November 6, deputy dean of Beijing-Dublin International College at BJUT, Zhang Yongzhe, and director of the Academic Affairs Office visited BJTU Weihai campus. They exchanged information about cooperative school operation mode, educational administration system, enrollment, examination management, curriculum setting, classroom format, teaching staff, students studying abroad, and practical links.

11月6日上午，北京工业大学北京-都柏林学院副院长张永哲、教务办公室主任冬雪冰一行来威海校区调研交流。威海校区国际学院院长刘颖、副院长肖贵平以及校区办、教务办、学工办的负责人参加了座谈会。

座谈会上，刘颖院长代表北京交通大学威海校区对兄弟高校老师们的来访表示欢迎，并介绍了威海校区的基本情况。张永哲副院长对威海校区的接待表示感谢，并介绍了都柏林学院的相关情况。

双方围绕合作办学运行模式、教务系统、招生、考试管理、课程设置与课堂形式、师资力量、学生出国留学、实践环节等方面展开了深入细致的交流。
