天青色等烟雨 青团在等你 ——威海校区YUM美食社举办清明节青团DIY活动

YUM Food Club Held Qingtuan DIY to Embracing the Oncoming Qingming Festival
Qingming Festival (also known as Tomb-Sweeping Day) of 2019 which falls on April 5th, is one of the Chinese Twenty-four Solar Terms. From that date temperatures begin to rise and rainfall increases, indicating that it is the crucial time for plowing and sowing in the spring. However, it is not only a seasonal symbol but also a day of paying respect to the dead, a spring outing, and other activities. The special food for Qingming is Qingtuan, a kind of sweet green rice ball with some fillings in it.
To embracing the oncoming Qingming Festival, on the afternoon of March 31st, students’ YUM Food Club held Qingtuan DIY Activity on the second floor of the campus cafeteria. It was the first time for many students to make Qingtuan by themselves, and they had a great time learning and making it.
为了弘扬传统文化、迎接清明佳节的到来,3月31日下午,威海校区学生YUM美食社举行青团DIY活动。
青团是中华传统小吃,糯韧绵软,甘甜细腻,从色彩到口感都有着春天的气息,而艾草和小麦草的青汁还能起到去油解腻、消食降火的功效。江南一带自古都有清明时节食用青团的习俗。
【老师讲解】
美食指导小默老师为同学们带来了制作青团所需要的材料和工具,讲解了制作青团的基本知识和注意事项。
【准备食材】
在小默老师的带领下,同学们对部分食材进行了初加工。他们将咸蛋黄、肉松、豆沙混在一起,经过揉、搓、搅、拌,将各种馅料混合均匀以备后用;准备好蒸锅和热水,以便制作面皮。

【中华美食百科竞赛】
在等待青团面皮出锅的过程中,美食社组织进行了中华小当家美食百科趣味竞赛,题目包含中华大地从南到北的各大菜系。同学们现场组队,从20套水平相近的趣味题目中随机抽取,进行我画你猜。获得前三名的队伍分别获得了积分奖励。

本次活动旨在锻炼同学们的动手能力,让同学们在亲手制作青团和品尝美味的过程中,感受中华传统美食的魅力。青团DIY活动,不仅征服了同学们的心,也征服了同学们的胃!YUM美食社将继续从美食的角度弘扬中华传统文化,敬请关注!
