Microorganisms are active in daily life, they are ubiquitous, and have a significant impact on human life. This project hopes to attract the public to provide samples, and establish a relatively complete system through the combination of experiments, theories and software to illustrate some specific human activities. The specific effects of contact, conversation, respiration and other behaviors, as well as the distribution, quantity, time and space of the microbe produced by the microorganisms brought by the skin, hair, clothing and other organisms on the indoor, such as the surface of the object and the indoor air, are studied. The influence of these indoor microorganisms on human health, such as immune system, intestinal system and respiratory system, is also studied. In addition, some related factors will be considered, such as the differences and causes of indoor microbiological groups at different sites, the supplement of microbial pathogenicity files, and the influence of human flow on indoor microbial groups.
